Love for your Christian brethren is the ultimate demonstration of your fellowship with God. John mentioned perfect love in 1 John 2:5, “But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby we know that we are in him.” Here in chapter 4, John reveals what perfect love is all about!
